Nature of the platform

UzBazarim is a technology platform for digitally listing bazaars, stores, producers and products and for letting users send orders to the relevant businesses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the direct seller is not ALPTECHIN SOFTWARE EXPORT LLC; the seller is the relevant store, producer or trading business.

User account

A customer account is not required — you can order as a guest. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone, address and other details they provide at checkout. Unauthorised use of another person’s information is prohibited.

Bazaar and store information

Bazaar and store information (name, address, contact, logo, images, working hours, delivery, payment, trade type) may be added and updated by UzBazarim staff, authorised store users or the relevant businesses.

Product information

The relevant store or seller is responsible for product information (name, description, images, SKU/code, price, sales unit, minimum quantity, stock, variant, wholesale price, lead time). UzBazarim provides the technical presentation of this information.

Price verification

Prices may change over time. Before an order, the unit price, quantity price, variant price, wholesale tier, delivery fee and order total may be recalculated by the server. If a price previously shown on screen has changed, the current price applies.

Product minimum order quantity

A store may set a minimum order quantity for a specific product (e.g. “Minimum order: 50 pcs”). An order below this quantity cannot be created. A product’s minimum order quantity and a store’s minimum monetary amount are different rules; both may apply to the same order.

Wholesale price tiers

Some products may have different unit prices by quantity (e.g. 1–9 pcs → normal, 10+ → first wholesale, 50+ → second wholesale). The system determines the applicable price by the ordered quantity.

Package, case and sales unit

Products may be offered in different sales units (piece, pack, case, kilogram, metre). Before ordering, the user should check the stated sales unit and quantity conditions.

Stock

Products may be “in stock”, “out of stock” or “on request”. Out-of-stock and closed-for-sale products cannot be ordered. The store is responsible for the currency of stock information; stock may be re-verified when the order is created.

On-request products

Some products are prepared or supplied on request rather than held in stock. Such products may be shown as “On request”. If provided by the producer, an estimated lead time may be shown. When an on-request product is ordered, it is understood that it is not held in stock at the time of the order.

Ordering above stock

If the store allows ordering above stock, the user may create an order for a quantity higher than the current stock (e.g. stock 20 pcs, order 50 pcs — the 30 pcs not covered by stock may be marked as the quantity to be fulfilled on a backorder basis). In this case the order is created within the normal UzBazarim order system. A separate customer “order request” account or a separate order model is not required for this. The management panel may additionally show the quantity of the order not covered by stock.

Creating an order

After entering the required details, the user submits the order. A unique order number is generated for a successfully created order. Creating an order does not mean the product has been delivered or that the store will definitely fulfil all conditions; the order is processed by the store.

Order statuses

Orders may be in the statuses: New (reached the system), Confirmed, Preparing, Ready, Completed, Cancelled. Status names may be displayed differently depending on the app’s language.

Order tracking

Because an account is not required, an order is tracked by the order number and the phone number used in the order. Do not share the order number and phone with unauthorised persons. With a wrong phone or number, order information may not be shown for security reasons.

Payment

Stores determine the payment methods they accept (e.g. cash, card, bank transfer). It is not guaranteed that a shown method is accepted by all businesses. In the current system, payment is made directly between the store and the customer; collection and the related financial obligations rest with the store. The platform does not accept online payment.

Delivery

Stores may offer “pickup” or “seller delivery”. The delivery fee, area, time and free-delivery threshold depend on the store’s conditions.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled depending on status and applicable conditions. A store may cancel an order due to product unavailability, inability to fulfil, inability to reach the customer, or technical/operational reasons. Users’ mandatory rights under applicable law are reserved.

Stores’ responsibility

Stores are responsible for the products, prices, stock, minimum quantity, wholesale prices, images, descriptions, delivery, payment conditions they publish, and for fulfilling orders. Stores may not publish misleading or unlawful content.

Image and content rights

Stores and other commercial users confirm that they hold the necessary rights to use and publish the logo, cover, product images, descriptions, brand content and other materials they upload. Uploading content that infringes third parties’ copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights is prohibited. UzBazarim may remove or restrict content found to be unlawful.

Announcements

UzBazarim management may publish announcements through the platform (system changes, bazaars, stores, campaigns, services, operational information). The currency of an announcement is assessed by its publication date and conditions.

Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited: creating fake orders; unauthorised use of another person’s phone or address; abusing the system; automated attacks or spam; attempting to bypass security controls; accessing unauthorised areas; uploading malware; disrupting the platform; publishing unlawful products or content; infringing third parties’ rights.

Restriction of accounts and access

Access of seller or administrator accounts may be temporarily or permanently restricted in cases of a security breach, abuse, fake content, unlawful activity or a serious breach of platform rules.

Service availability

UzBazarim takes reasonable technical measures for continuous and reliable operation. However, during maintenance, server failure, internet outage, third-party service failure, a security incident or force majeure, the platform may be temporarily unavailable. Uninterrupted and error-free service is not strictly guaranteed.

Platform changes

UzBazarim may improve or change its features, interface, technical infrastructure and supported services over time. Appropriate notices may be given for significant changes.

Intellectual property

UzBazarim’s software, design, brand, logo and original platform content are protected under intellectual property rights. Unless stated otherwise, the relevant rights belong to ALPTECHIN SOFTWARE EXPORT LLC or the relevant rightsholder.

Limitation of liability

Unless legally mandatory, ALPTECHIN SOFTWARE EXPORT LLC is not liable as a direct seller for independent stores’ own conduct regarding product quality, product descriptions, stock errors, delivery, payment and customer communication. This provision does not remove consumers’ rights arising from applicable mandatory legislation.

Governing law

UzBazarim is a service based in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Subject to applicable mandatory rules, the legislation in force of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to these terms and to use of the platform. The rights of consumers and other users arising from mandatory legislation cannot be removed by this agreement.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated as the platform develops, the commercial model changes, new services are added, or legal requirements change. The current version is published via the UzBazarim website and/or mobile app.
