Privacy policy

General

This Privacy Policy explains how ALPTECHIN SOFTWARE EXPORT LLC (the “operator”, “we”) collects, processes and protects personal data through the UzBazarim platform. We comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

What data we collect

At checkout: name, phone number and (if delivery is chosen) address and note;
On a seller application: contact and store details;
Technical/log data: device/browser type, IP, approximate location and site-usage statistics (via cookies and an anonymous visitor identifier).

Data stored on your device

The app works in guest mode. A limited list of orders placed on this device and a notifications history are stored only on your device. The phone number is not stored in the clear — it appears masked in the list; to re-open an order the number may be kept in the device’s encrypted storage.

Push and notifications

If order-status push notifications are enabled and you have consented, the device’s notification token and installation identifier are processed for this purpose. If this feature is not active, or you do not consent, such data is not collected.

Telegram notifications

If you choose Telegram tracking, operational messages about your order status are sent via Telegram. This is optional; you may turn it off.

### Telegram campaign notifications Connecting order tracking to Telegram does not by itself create a subscription to campaign or marketing messages. Only if you give separate and explicit consent may the store you consented to send you new products, campaigns and commercial information about that store. Your consent applies only to that store and does not extend to any other. Messages are delivered through Telegram, a third-party messaging service. You may end your campaign subscription at any time by sending the /stop command to the bot. Ending a campaign subscription does not affect the operational Telegram notifications for your existing orders.

How we use data

We pass it to the relevant store to process and fulfil the order;
To operate the service, for security and fraud prevention;
To provide it to authorised bodies where required by law.

Who we share data with

We share your data with the relevant store to fulfil the order. To run the service we may use trusted technical providers (e.g. hosting and notification services) that process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as needed for the order and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. We apply organisational and technical measures to protect it.

Children

UzBazarim is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete your data or object to its processing by contacting us through the channels on the “Contact” page.

Account deletion

Deletion of a seller account can be requested in the app: **Store → Delete my account**. Your password is required. The same request can be sent from the web page uzbazarim.com/account-deletion. A request is processed within **30 days**.

On deletion the following are erased or stripped of anything identifying you: phone number, email address, name, password, every session and device access, password-recovery codes, and store assignments.

The following are retained because they are not yours alone: **the store itself and its products** (they belong to the business and may be run by another seller), **orders and their contents** (they belong to the buyers too), **stock movement records**, and records that must be kept to meet accounting, tax and security obligations. Retention periods follow applicable law. Data identifying you is removed from such records as far as it can be.
